We design spaces that define the way you live
HighArchi was founded on a simple conviction: the environments we inhabit determine a great deal about how we think, how we feel, and how we engage with the people around us. Good design is not decorative — it is structural to a well-lived life.
We work with clients who understand this — who come to us not because they want a stylish room, but because they want a space that functions at the level their lives demand. We limit our practice to five projects per month so that every client receives the full attention of the studio principal and team.
Every project is different. Every project teaches us something. After 5 years and over 45 completed projects, we still approach each new brief with the same curiosity we brought to the first.

Khushal Panchariya trained as an architect before turning his attention entirely to interior design — convinced that the discipline of architectural thinking applied to interiors produces something that interior decoration alone rarely achieves: spaces that are rigorous, coherent, and deeply considered.
He founded HighArchi in 2021 with the intention of running a small, excellent studio — one where every project receives the full engagement of the principal, not a team of juniors briefed at a distance. That intention has not changed. Every project that leaves the studio has his direct involvement from brief to handover.
His work is defined by a commitment to craft, a deep respect for the way spaces are actually used, and an unwillingness to accept the good enough where the excellent is achievable.

Three Principles That Don't Change
After every project, the principles that guide our work become clearer. These three have not changed since the studio opened.
Listen before drawing
Every project begins with a conversation that lasts as long as it needs to. We ask about daily rhythms, how you actually use each room, and whether Vaastu principles matter to your family. The brief — covering lifestyle, light preferences, spatial flow, and cultural sensibilities — is never finalised before this conversation is complete.
Resolve before building
Nothing goes to site unresolved. Every dimension, material, joint, and light position is decided on paper before any work begins. This costs time in the design phase and saves it everywhere else — contractor queries disappear, variation costs drop, and the site runs cleanly.
Excellence over volume
We accept five new projects per month, not fifty. This is a deliberate constraint that keeps every project at the top of the principal's attention — not passed to a junior team. Our track record is defined by this limit: we have never delivered something we were not proud of.

Our designs comply with national and international quality standards. We incorporate energy-efficient choices — smart lighting, optimised ventilation, low-maintenance finishes — so your space is comfortable today and cost-effective for years. Good design should pay for itself over time.
